Make sure you wean him off the heroin first or he'll just purge all the myoplex up onto the mossberg. I like his mom. Where do you find this sh*t? Hilarious. Oh and who spots you for the 260? Or do you just leave the collars off?
Guess I'm just making nice gains because I just started lifting again so the strength is coming back on. Plus I go all in when I lift. Heath, no spotter, and I keep the collars on. I pretty much know exactly how much I can lift going into it. I was gonna do 250x2, but I knew I wouldn't be able to get the 2nd one up. So I took a minute break and went up 10 lbs. Oh, I listen to satelite radio for 8+ hours a day, and I jump around between rap/rock/etc.
