On my posts where I don't have much to say, I'm going to continue with the music theme. Music is a big part of training for alot of people. It is so helpful in putting you in the proper mood. The right music can ease your mind and calm your body. Or if needed it can pump you up and motivate you to power on. As much as I hate Kanye West, I've really been feeling this song and I paid my $1 to download the mp3. Lyrically it doesn't have much to offer, but the beat and the chorus are really strong. Plus its a collaboration of some pretty big names, Rihanna, Fergi, Kid Cudi, Alicia Keys then all the sudden BAM, Elton John.
